内覧予約
お電話またはコンタクトフォームから内覧のご予約をお願いいたします。

Please give us a call or an email through the contact page to make an appointment for viewing.

内覧
実際に物件を見ていただきます。スタッフによる詳細の説明がございます。
Viewing
Actual viewing of the share house. The staff will explain details of the property and answer all your concerns.
Step #3
入居申込
入居申込書の記入後、必要書類とあわせてを弊社にメールまたはファックスしてください。
Application
Please fill our the application form and send it back to us via email or fax with the required documents.
Step #4
審査
必要書類が届き次第、審査を開始します。
Screening
We will conduct a screening based on your application.
Step #5
支払い
デポジットのご入金が確認出来次第、予約完了となります。入居日をご連絡ください。
Payment
When we confirm your deposit payment, your room reservation is complete. Please notify us your move-in day.
必要書類 -Required Documents-
身分証明書（写真付き）
デポジット￥30,000
*デポジットはお部屋の予約を確定するためにお支払い頂きます。また、予約後にキャンセルされた場合は、デポジットはキャンセル料となります。あらかじめご了承ください。
Picture ID (Passport, Japanese Driver's License, Etc.)
Deposit￥30,000
*Once the payment of the deposit is made it is non-refundable. The deposit confirms your reservation and acts as cancellation fee.

初期費用

事務手数料はデポジットの1/2を償却し、退去後に残額￥15,000をご返却します。

月末入居の場合のみ翌月の家賃もお支払頂きます。

弊社指定の火災保険に加入していただきます。

家賃＝賃料＋光熱費
【例】入居日：11月28日、家賃：￥95,000＜Aタイプ＞
* デポジットは審査後にお支払い頂きます。入金の確認後、ご予約の確定となります。
Intial Cost

￥15,000 will be collected from the Deposit ￥30,000 as Admin. Fee and the outstanding balance will be returned upon check out.

Customers are required to pay rent for the following month if the check-in is at the end of the month.

As a general rule, we require customers to enroll into fire insurance.

Rent = Room rent + Utilities
(Example) Move-in Date: 11/28, Rent:￥95,000
* After the screening procedure, the deposit payment must be made in order to confirm your room reservation.
